Yay for crockpot dinners! By the way, just for your future shopping ease, I've found that all cuts of beef roast taste incredible cooked in the crockpot for hours (as opposed to the oven or pan, where some cuts can end up being tough or dry). I don't know how many I've tried, but I've never made a slow-cooked roast that wasn't incredibly juicy and tender. So I won't even pay attention to the kind of roast called for in a recipe--I just get whatever is on sale. :)

Anyway, just a tip, in case the cut you're looking for is unavailable or too expensive!
