Yeah, we can't afford to do it the "normal" way. As it is, we are saving a lot just to do it backpacking. We want to do it soon because we are planning to start doing the kid thing in the fall, and you can't really backpack around Europe with a baby in tow. (Well, you could, but it doesn't sound fun.) We're still debating on the Eurail pass because we can't use it in at least one country we're going to, and Isaac's over 25 so it will be extra expensive. I don't know if they will let me get the youth price or not, because I'll be turning 26 while we're over there. We'll see. But yeah, hostels, trains... I'm excited!
